Returns
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The sculpture must be returned in its original condition
- It must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of my work, I do not offer exchanges.
Each sculpture is one of a kind and cannot be replaced with an identical piece.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, I may have already started preparing or shipping your order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible.
All shipments are carefully packed and insured. I will work with you and the courier service to resolve the situation
